Great news, gluten-free diners!! Our Signature Baby Back Ribs, our Smokin’ Spare Ribs and our Memphis-Style Ribs are all GLUTEN-FREE (protein only)!  While you’ll have to forego our garlic toast on the side, you can enjoy your half or full rack with gluten-free sides like Tossed Salad, Baked Potato, Sweet Potato, Bar-B-Q Beans, Cole Slaw or a cup of our savory Brunswick Stew. All Woody’s Bar-B-Q sauces are also gluten-free!

We don’t just season and slow smoke our 10-ounce prime rib to perfection, we also lightly grill it to seal in the flavor. Enjoyed by Woody’s Bar-B-Q fans for decades, our delicious grilled prime rib can also be enjoyed by our gluten-sensitive guests (protein only). It pairs PERFECTLY with a baked potato, tossed salad and a glass of wine.

Woody’s Bar-B-Q is based on the flavorful foundation of our Carolina pulled pork – something that can be enjoyed by virtually everyone (protein only). For our gluten sensitive guests, a heaping helping of our tender, slow smoked, pulled pork is served alongside two gluten-free sides. All Woody’s Bar-B-Q sauces are also gluten-free!

Taking Woody’s Bar-B-Q on the go?  Many of our slow-smoked meats – like our Sliced and Pulled Pork, Texas Beef Brisket and Smoked Turkey – are sold by the pound, our Bar-B-Q Chicken is sold whole, and are Ribs are sold by the slab – making it easy to bring a meal home to feed your family or feed a crowd.
